Your project. Your data.
How project inquiry information is handled on this site.
Updated 25 October 2026. This notice covers the SecOps Solutions Hub project inquiry feature and optional website analytics.
Information collected
The form collects contact name, company, business email, optional phone, country and the project details you choose to provide. A hashed network identifier is used for submission rate limiting. Credentials and sensitive customer security information should never be submitted.
Purpose and retention
Inquiry details are used to assess the requested project and contact you about scope. Records are retained for up to 90 days in the inquiry system unless further engagement requires a separate retention arrangement. Expired inquiry records are purged during subsequent form activity. Rate-limit records expire after 48 hours and are purged in the same way.
Hosting and service providers
The website and inquiry database are hosted on the configured hosting infrastructure. A configured notification service may receive an inquiry reference and category; contact details remain in the inquiry database. Any later CRM or email processing must be configured and reviewed by the operator before use.
Your choices
Form submission requires your consent to project-related processing. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact page, quoting your inquiry reference. The Google tag library is included across the website for installation and measurement setup. Loading this library makes a request to Google with standard network information. Analytics measurement remains disabled until you choose Allow analytics. It then measures eligible public page paths; URLs with query strings or fragments are excluded. Inquiry, contact and administration pages are excluded from measurement; names, emails, phone numbers and project details are not sent by our analytics code. Advertising storage and personalization stay disabled. Google may set analytics cookies after opt-in. Change or withdraw your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer; withdrawal disables measurement and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. The consent choice is stored in your browser. Google processes consented analytics data under its privacy policy.
Before public launch
Final legal entity details, the direct privacy contact, international transfer terms and any additional processors must be confirmed by the operator before opening this private site to the public.
